The staff were all nice and friendly and the food very good . we were warmly greeted each morning at breakfast with a table set ready for all 11 of us .The real gems of this hotel are the staff who were friendly polite and helpful throughout our stay and the added bonus was being able to use the facilities at both of the sister hotels .We booked direct through the Suncliff so didn't have to pay for parking and always managed to find a space .I do hope that people won't be put off by some of the bad reviews i was worried at first when i read them but as a family we really did enjoy our stay .I have rated the hotel average as there isn't a good option .
